I know I said I would ship Thursday, which is, ahem, today, I 'm starting to think this crafty thing is going Saturday. I got a little more involved in it then I had planned. But it is a really cool thing, and I just can't help but add more stuff, suddenly I am gluing beans and have to wait for a side to dry and move on. Ooops didn't think the whole process through, but this is fun. Maybe the bestest trade ever.

i'm gonna have to ship on saturday too... what with glue drying and paint drying and poly drying... it's taking longer than i expected too... i'm just glad i didn't try anything more elaborate than i did... and i had more elaborate plans... but i saw early on that they were gonna fail so i altered direction and managed to get a similar craftyness going... but obviously not in time to mail today... *pout*

BTW, Patty made me the AWESOMEST Old School Craft. Y'all must have gone to better schools than I because my mosaic tray from Patty is simply awesome. My daughter made me laugh when she read Patty's note and said, "Your friends always say that this is not very good what they made but they are lying. This tray thing is like...perfect." lol

I am so glad that you like it I will now post pictures. This turned out to be a very fun trade for me. I ahve not done very much mosiac acturally this is only my 2nd. My fiirst is finished (my part of the project) I am waiting for Bud to put the hammered copper arount the table then I will have to regrout the top. If I think about it I will post pict is it someday. Any K I am glad that you like it and your daughter sounds like a doll.

I am glad you like it. It seemed kind of tame compared to what others are making, but I thought it was pretty and for sure crocheting your own doilies is not done much anymore. I have pics, I will post them when I get home tonight.

I just recieved mine from Gina. It's very cute! It's a small grapevine wreath with beads and little animals hanging from it. It got tangled in the mail, but I got it figured out. Thanks, Gina! If you don't have pics, let me know and I'll take one and post it.
Evelyn, yours has been done for a week, but his last week was the first week of school at a brand new school and life was crazy for me! I'll get it packed up and shipped on Tuesday!

Weeeee! I got my crafty goodness from Ms Smart today. Yahoooo! Its a lovely collage with gold macaroni frame. Its beautiful, and it is so me. Love it.
Also got a bit of a crafty bonus for my daughter, some fun beaded jewelry, and some nice little gifts so she would have something too.
Ms Smart rocks!
I'll post a pic if Ms. Smart doesn't beat me to it.

HOORAY!!! i finally made it to the post office to pick up my crafty goodness... i have the most beautiful macaroni picture ever... Kathleen is a wonderful artist... if she doesn't post pics i plan to... with it hanging on the wall... i can't decide if i want it in my living room or my sun room... or maybe on my office wall... i've shown everyone who passes by my office door... i'm so excited... yay!!
