Woohooohoooohoooo!!!!! I got my box of crafty goodness from Barbara today. She made me a painting on a tray, so it could be used as a tray, but it won't!!! My painting is titled "Cosmic Love" and I love it. It is everything I like, funky, eclectic, and colorful. Thank you Thank you again Barbara!!! Barbara will post a pic when she gets my pm.

Got Peggy's crafty goodie today. Love it LOVE IT. The colors are perfect. I love circles. I don't want too be all goofy but it is really, really cool. I can't wait to hang it up.
I'll try to post the pic of what I made ASAP, but doing a little computer musical chairs right now...Peggy knows my tale of woe.

My problem is something of a cautionary tale to all Crafty Traders: Be sure you have a box that will fit your craft! I may have to have UPS make me one! It will go out today, though, come heck or high water! Mojave, it's on its way!

It's off! UPS made a box specially for it! I have pictures, but want to wait to post them until Mojave has it safe and sound. UPS said Thursday.

I haven't recieved mine, yet. I mailed mine to Mojave last week and UPS tried to deliver it twice, but she wasn't home. I PM'd her to see what's up. I'm ready for the next one, though. Crank her up!

Mojave had troubles with her project and then her life exploded in busy-ness, so mine is underway, but will be late. As I told her, it should arrive in time for my birthday! Yay!

Got mine from N i k i yesterday - and it is a beautiful picture frame/art work collage - that I will post pics by the end of the weekend!
She managed to find images that are so right for me, it was amazing!

I got my prezzie!!! Spanker made me this loverly lamp with sari fabric - I adore it!!!

The pictures are as best as I could get - my camera is having "issues" again...
The sari fabric sides are a rich red with gold embroidered paislies and vines and other henna-like design. Just perfect!

I got my stuff! Thank you, Mouse, for the beautiful little wooden box. I love it! I love how everyone can read a quote and get something totally different out of it. The travel theme is inspirational, I need to do more travelling abroad. I will use the box to remind and encourage me. The sticky notes are way cool, too. Never seen them like that before. Thanks again!

oh i am sooo thrilled with what kim made for me!! my inspiration was from my friend karen's poem -- " look in your tears; you will see your soul"
she started with a journal called "a woman's path" then embellished the cover with three dimensional, textural additions like fibre and coloured stones, beautiful words and images, then complimented it with a macramed bookmark that is cleverly attached to the spiral spine. i'll post pics tomorrow. kim, thank you so much. it is truly lovely and so well crafted.

i'm glad you like it! i usually make collage on functional things like boxes, so it was a bit of a departure for me. the star is made with one of those flat glass bead thingies and the backing is a hershey's kiss wrapper that was lying on my worktable; the chocolate fueled my imagination.haha
